ga444 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ga444" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ga444.io, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Platform" means the ga444 website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and any applications or tools made available by ga444 to registered players.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a ga444 account and uses the Platform for entertainment purposes.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the ga444 registration process.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance associated with a Player's Account, from which bets are placed and to which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable balances awarded to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the ga444 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process ga444 uses to confirm that Players meet eligibility requirements.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and ga444. By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or engaging with any ga444 service, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the ga444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026. ga444 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a ga444 Account, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the Account remains active.
• Be accessing and using the Platform voluntarily, as a personal entertainment activity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ga444 or its affiliated companies.
• Not be self-excluded from the ga444 Platform or any related service at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to the Player's place of residence.
• Not have a pre-existing Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by ga444 for any reason.

ga444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the ga444 Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, using different payment methods, or using different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their Account credentials, including their username and password. ga444 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password not used on any other service. Players must notify ga444 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.

ga444 will never request a Player's password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ga444 that requests Account login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to the ga444 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ga444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be displayed in the Player's Account deposit section.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Player's Account and may vary based on the selected payment method and the Player's account verification status.

• Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment service provider.
• ga444 does not charge fees on deposits. However, individual mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ga444's control.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ga444 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction and to hold or reverse deposits that cannot be adequately verified.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds (excluding non-cashable Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements) to a payment account registered in their own name. ga444 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad as a priority, with standard processing times typically under 30 minutes for verified accounts.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Player's Account and may vary based on account verification status.

• A Player must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that has previously been used to make a deposit to the Player's ga444 Account, unless otherwise approved by ga444 support following identity verification.
• ga444 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that follow a pattern inconsistent with normal play, or that involve accounts not previously verified.
• Processing times stated by ga444 are estimates. Delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing queues are outside ga444's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where ga444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ga444 may from time to time offer bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ga444 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Player's Account. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not used within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only real-money bets (not bets placed using Bonus Funds) contribute to meeting a Wagering Requirement, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• ga444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated betting patterns, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ga444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product or market. Product-specific rules for sports betting (including cricket betting), live casino games, slot games, and specialty games are available within the respective product sections of the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all ga444 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ga444 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases where ga444 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• ga444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, or on markets that were opened or settled in error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of betting.
• ga444 may restrict or refuse bets from any Player at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In sports betting, where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event type.
• The outcome of all casino games and random number generator-based products is determined by independently certified random number generation systems. ga444 does not influence game outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ga444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access account functions, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or misconfiguration in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to placing bets at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraudulent payment instruments, or payment accounts belonging to third parties.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward ga444 staff or other users.

10 Responsible Gaming

ga444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. ga444 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. A deposit limit increase takes effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period. Loss limits operate on the same immediate-reduction, delayed-increase basis as deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for any individual gaming session. Once the limit is reached, the session will be automatically terminated.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, the Account cannot be accessed and no bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have developed a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the ga444 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed once applied.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ga444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ga444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without ga444's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using ga444's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written permission.
• Framing, mirroring, or scraping any part of the Platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ga444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods.
• Loss or corruption of Account data.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment service providers.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was published in error and subsequently corrected.

The ga444 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ga444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. ga444 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability and will notify Players of planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.

13 Privacy & Data

ga444 collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with the ga444 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, Players also acknowledge and accept the ga444 Privacy Policy.

ga444 uses Player personal data for the following primary purposes: account management, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improvement of Platform services. ga444 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments to Terms

ga444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ga444 will provide reasonable notice to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account.

Amendments take effect at the time they are published on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. A Player's continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladeshi market.

ga444 does not make any representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh, and Players accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ga444 that cannot be resolved through the standard support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process.
